Why Operators HQ Exists
Throughout my career and time in business, I've always been drawn to helping people. I see my own success as a product of the support and guidance I've received along the way — so it feels natural to continue that chain by helping others do the same.
Over the years I've participated in and observed many business education programs. Most are built for medium-sized businesses that have already grown and are looking to expand further. But there was a clear gap — almost nothing existed for small, solo operations just trying to get off the ground and build something sustainable.
That's why Operators HQ was born. To share real experiences and proven practices with operators who haven't had the benefit of those lessons yet — and who deserve the same shot at building a lasting business.

Before stepping into business ownership, I spent more than 15 years in sales roles and led the operations of multiple businesses across different industries. That experience — combined with years of mentoring new and established businesses on an informal basis — forms the foundation of everything we teach at Operators HQ.
